I was cleaning out some of my stash yesterday and I ran across this. It is a tear out from August 1999 Interior Design magazine.

Yes, this is a chair made of shoes, two of my favorite things.

I appreciate it as art, but part of me wants to disassemble it. I would love to see what wonderful shoes have been used to make it. I wonder, what size are they? I wonder where they came from, who wore them, their history. Are they pairs, or single shoes? Do I like shoes more than chairs? I cannot possibly like shoes more than chairs! What has come over me?

Any thoughts on the shoe chair?
