FAIL!
So yesterday came and went. Today is now tomorrow. This is my Christmas tree still in the wrap. I did actually get it in the stand with some water this morning (with help from The Boss), but it still has the plastic wrap on it and NOT ONE shiny object. Trying again today.

Hey you got the tree, and its standing! Sometimes I think they look good just mummified and undressed but for nature and a net. Still time to decorate the hell out of it (can I say that at Xmas?) Presentation comes with planning after all LOL
