Back To School Weekend

The boy with the big brain goes back to school on Monday. We will be meeting the new teacher today.

AND we/I will be putting together the first day of school outfit.

Remember that?

I really had that yellow vest with the ruffled armholes in Jr. High, I did NOT wear plaid pants though. I think for girls, first day of school outfits are exciting, maybe not so much for boys.

I have played Wii and Playstation until I can't get up off of the floor. We have made videos, we swam in the pool, rode bikes, and watched allot of crappy TV.

It's time for the boy to take the big brain back to school and absorb another year of information.

Now I will have time to get creative again. I need to make some new bags. I am also working on some new stuff. Home decor stuff. Stay tuned.

I will be enjoying the weekend with my BFF before she leaves for Davis to battle, I mean enjoy her 2nd year of veterinarian school.

So here is to Michelle, just remember next time you have your hand up a cow's butt or are playing with some stinky goat, there will be cold beer and a rare steak waiting for you here.

For the next four months A World of Ideas is my new pal. It will accompany me to all doctor's appointments, will wait with me at the car wash, and put me to sleep at night.

Back to school shopping, it's that time. We need some new stuff again.

Socks, check. Shoes, check. Underwear, check. Backpack, check. ...and so on.

Thank goodness, Morgan can shop for herself now, boys are so much easier to please at the mall.
