Shiny, Happy Decor!

This is fun!
You could hang holiday photos from it or tiny decorations (the keepsake kind that get lost in the regular tree). I like the little sparkles they have hanging from it, I noticed them while shopping at Michael's yesterday.
It also would make a very contemporary advent tree, fold up decorated cards, number them, and note your message inside.
The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.
Get it at CB2.

More sparkle for your holiday.
Sure these would look good decorating your home but they would also make great gift bags. Stuff them with someones favorites; bath and body products, journals and writing supplies, art supplies, well you get it.
Available at one of my favorite places West Elm

Friday

Something to do this weekend

Make this really cute Halloween tree.

It requires minimal supplies and after Halloween you can decorate it for Thanksgiving and Christmas using the same concept and a couple of more seasonal items.

Put some of your old Altoids tins to use. This is rather funny, but creative.

Make a cupcake jack o lantern cake. So easy and kind of cute.

or just go shopping.

Crate and Barrel
Have fun what ever you do...
HAPPY WEEKEND!

Thursday

Throw some color around!

These cuties are great adding some unexpected color to a room.
Sammie vases. Hand painted, low fired earthenware in really great colors.
New from Crate and Barrel
Super inexpensive at $10.95-$14.95, you could throw them in anywhere.

Next 5 years of your life. A book designed to help you figure out the next five years of your life at CB2
Even if you don’t need help with the next 5 years, it would look nice sitting around somewhere.

Brooks Slipcover Chair
Pottery Barn
A contender for the chair museum.

Wednesday

Ahhhh, stupid crateandbarrel.com and their email blasts. I promise I will stop with the crate and barrel regurgitation, but I could not resist these sea urchin vases.

Two reasons these are great.
1. Soooo cute
2. the price $3.50-$4.50!!
I just wish I had a place for them. (My home is more play place than showcase).

Oooo, oooo! And this too, to go with.

ok, I'll stop now.
But really you need them both.
