Custom Christmas

Custom handmade Christmas stockings and decorative pennant banners!! Custom banners listed here.  Stockings will be listed here as well, hopefully by end of day Thursday.

Stockings and decorative banners are typically made from unbleached cotton canvas, burlap in various holiday colors and cotton holiday print.

Both items can be customized with text, bling, your favorite fabric prints or anything else you may have in mind.

Martha Loooves Halloween

Martha Stewart and Grandinroad have teamed up to produce a line of really great Halloween decor. I thought it would be expensive, but not so.

Check it out at Martha Stewart for Grandinroad.

Wednesday

Holiday Gifts and Decor

Use any one of these items for table decor or a place setting. When the party is over your guests have a nice gift to take home with them.

Customize a Napkin and Gift Card and include a sample and recipes for Cheese Straws

Wrap up some Chocolate Raisin and Oatmeal Cookie Mix in a pretty tin. Use the "gift tag" as a place card and your gift is ready and waiting for your guest when they are seated.

Some Frosted Glass Candle Holders for table decor and take home gifts.

Monogram Napkin use alone or with earlier mentioned cheese straws.

Quick and Easy Fall Decor

Mums are on sale everywhere (at least in So Cal) and come in an array of fall colors. What a great way to display them and add some fall color to your home. They already come in a pot, all you have to do is clean the pumpkin or gourd, drop the pot in and viola, a spiffy fall planter.

Christmas In So Cal

The Mission Inn in Riverside is one of Southern California's architectural and historic gems. I do not think it gets the props it deserves. If you are in the area you should stop by and check out the holiday lights.
They have a spa and weekend packages if you want to stay and relax. I see here they are offering a New Years Package. Treat yourself to some after Christmas rest and relaxation. Enjoy.

Wednesday

Holiday Window Dressing

My craftimess has taken over our living room, it has turned into my office/studio, because of this we cannot put the Christmas tree in the front window this year. The good thing is we will be able to enjoy it in two rooms as it will have a wonderful space in front of the pony wall that separates the living room and dining/family room area. Because of the change I have been looking for something to decorate the front windows, here are a few ideas I ran across that I thought we quite creative. Enjoy!

How to make a snowstorm.

Tuesday

Shiny, Happy Decor!

This is fun!
You could hang holiday photos from it or tiny decorations (the keepsake kind that get lost in the regular tree). I like the little sparkles they have hanging from it, I noticed them while shopping at Michael's yesterday.
It also would make a very contemporary advent tree, fold up decorated cards, number them, and note your message inside.
The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.
Get it at CB2.

More sparkle for your holiday.
Sure these would look good decorating your home but they would also make great gift bags. Stuff them with someones favorites; bath and body products, journals and writing supplies, art supplies, well you get it.
Available at one of my favorite places West Elm
